Payment Terms

All payments for our voice and television journalism training courses must be made in full prior to course commencement. Accepted payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, and other options as specified at the time of enrolment. newsvoxly reserves the right to adjust course fees with reasonable notice.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available only in the following circumstances: if a course is cancelled by newsvoxly, or if a participant withdraws more than 14 days prior to the start date. No refunds will be issued for withdrawals within 14 days of the course start or for non-attendance. Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for documented extenuating circumstances.

Course Transfers

Participants may request a transfer to an alternative course date subject to availability and at the discretion of newsvoxly. A transfer fee may apply.
